The ZArchitects office was founded in 2017 by the Architect Engineer Kyriakos Zacharias. It is based in Larnaca and operates throughout Cyprus.

After several collaborations with the private and public sector it reached a mature stage to proceed with the study and execution of integrated engineering services in the construction sector. The identity of the office is inextricably linked and fermented through Architectural Competitions both domestically and abroad (Norway, Greece, Italy).

His philosophy is based on quality, based on our own values ​​and not on quantity.

With a range of residential, commercial and public use projects, it can carry out any new project required. The office does not follow one-phase standardized construction methods but has experience in various construction methods, from wood, metal, concrete, as well as traditional techniques in preserved buildings.

The team of the office which is staffed by excellent partners aims for the best possible result, ensuring the interest of the clients and supports the various parties contributing to the development to achieve the original plan – vision.
